Alexandra is a cybersecurity sales leader and senior enterprise seller with more than 25 years' experience growing enterprise technology, security and consulting-led services businesses across Australia and New Zealand. She positions security as a business enabler for resilience, compliance and AI-enabled transformation, across identity, data protection, threat, cloud and managed services.
As Head of Sales ANZ at Thales Cyber Services she led a team of over 20 sellers, including second-line sales leaders and sales operations. She rebuilt the business around a sales-led operating model, developed transactional sellers into enterprise security specialists, and grew win rates, deal size and revenue per seller. As Vice President ANZ at Tanium, she scaled the enterprise business and grew new business revenue tenfold in three years. As Country Manager of Shield Docs she restructured and rebranded the business and prepared it for a successful sale to KPMG.
Before moving into leadership she was a top-performing senior enterprise seller. At McAfee she was recognised as the top enterprise representative in APAC, reaching 342% of target and closing the region's largest deal. At Telstra she reached 217% of target in her first year and closed a multi-million-dollar managed security services contract with a large banking institution. At ForgeRock she achieved her full annual target in seven months.
She has also led the identity and access management practice for Accenture in ANZ, and held senior roles at Symantec, including time working in the United States.
Along the way she saw the same pattern again and again. Excellent overseas vendors struggled to gain traction in Australia, while local enterprises missed out on technology that could have protected them sooner.
Incubate Cyber is her answer to both problems. It brings senior, hands-on go-to-market leadership to vendors entering Australia, and trusted, independent guidance to the enterprises buying from them.
